Statement about temporary data use

In order to calculate the risk score, we will need temporary access to the anonymized survey responses in your web browser. This data will, for a brief moment, be sent to our servers to calculate the response to send back to you. After that the data is erased and is in no way accessible by any staff member.

Optional consent and user accounts

If you would like to check your dementia risk score and get recommendations for reducing your risk and do not want to participate in research, you can do so by opting for the ‘I wish to take the assessment and not participate in research’ pathway. If you are interested in participating in research, it is important that you read and understand the online participant information statement. You will need to provide your consent and some personal information such as your name and email address.

You have an option to create an account with us for the purpose of being able to log in and see your data any time you choose. When registering for this account, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. What type of personal information will be collected?
